To preserve quality and freshness, all our coffee is roasted to order at our roastery in Kenya and delivered with care through our logistics partners, including DHL.
Because coffee is a natural and perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. This helps us guarantee integrity, safety, and freshness in every cup you receive.
